Volkswagen Beetle Turbo S

Coming soon the new exciting VW Beetle Turbo S, the most powerful and sports equipped New beetle to date.

This bug comes equipped with 180 horsepower plus a six speed manual gearbox. Reports state that the turbo S can accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 7.4 seconds, and is capable of reaching a top speed of 130 mph (where permitted)

The turbo S will be the first VW passenger car to include the Electronic Stabilisation Program (ESP) system. ESP automatically uses the Turbo S's engine power, braking, and the transmission system to help the driver stabilise the car in very demanding driving situations such as emergency manoeuvres to avoid oncoming objects or other cars in the road.

Styling

The styling of the Turbo S to make it stand out from the rest includes integrated foglights, stylish new indicators, an air-slicing front spoiler,a newly designed rear bumper and a subtle "Turbo S" badge, but what really gives this bug attitude and tells the world that this bug means business is the dual chrome exhausts and the 17-inch alloy wheels nestling a set of 205 tyres.

The Turbo S also comes with a speed-activated back rear spoiler that stays hidden at the top of the rear hatch until a speed of 45 mph is reached at which time it deploys automatically.

Interior

The interior is as you would expect from VW is top class with lots of nice features including special leather seating surface sports seats (heated in front), stainless steel pedals with fashionable but functional grip holes, and leather wrapped three-spoke steering wheel.

The Turbo S was launched this January in the USA we hope to see the release of this Bug with Attitude in the UK soon.
